[oletrucks] trans shifting

The synchronizers are worn
and the gears grind going from 1st to 2nd and from 2nd to 3rd.

last time i checked the three speeds had a syncro only on first.  no 
synchros on 2nd or 3rd.  and then even the synchro on first didn't work half 
the time.  keep double cluthing.
