[oletrucks] 55 2nd series VIN

Can anyone tell me where it was located? on the post on the inside of the
door jam maybe? I pulled a plate off there before sanding ... it sasy
Chevrolet, and H 255A 002155 .. if this is the VIN, can anyone tell me
anything about my truck by it?
