I think I would think twice about using 2 hydrovac's.  They are simple
vacuum boosters and I think they would be hard to get balanced (front
circuit to back circuit), fronts or back doing all of the work.  I could be
wrong but something just doesn't sound right.  If you really want a 2
circuit power brake system why not use a newer truck set-up.  My .02 cents.
