For concrete sealers, contact your local concrete product supplier.  There
are commercial grade sealers that are available that aren't the "watered
down" Harry Homeowner type.

I used this type on my floor 20 years ago.  It's a "put it on and forget it"
type thing, nothing sticks to it.
