I'm not sure but I believe that Chevy Duty also sells them in stainless for
a hair more.

chevy duty,
theyre cheap, good quality, and work well, i bought a couple sets to replace
all my front bolts (half of which were broken, and i began to wonder how the
front end stayed on my '57)
i believe theyre zinc coated, atleast theyre coated with something, and if
left un finished, and installed on black inner fenders and such, they look
great.
