I once lived next to a town Ottawa Hills, OH (Toledo) that in order to park
in the street you had to leave you parking lights on. In other words no
overnight street parking... It worked for that town, but not me. New people
and party goers that did not know got to give the town $25.00. It was
STRONGLY enforced!

There is an ordinance in the city here, that you can't park your car on your
lawn .. it has to be in the driveway or on the street! Silly.
