[oletrucks] drum brakes

Hi   When upgrading to a dual master cylinder without a booster and with
drum brakes on front and rear can you use  a cyl  from a disc brake car
or does it have to be  from  one with manual brakes? I think it has to
be 1" bore or less and from a manual brake car, is that right?
