I don't know if Terry Glines is still on the list but he did a very nice job 
on his 56 (?) panel using replacement door "skin" sheet metal and stepside 
rear fender contours. . .surely someone on the list could direct you to his 
web page where he shows how he did the work.  I think custom, either do it 
yourself or having a shop make them for you, are your most reasonable options.

There are a couple of sets of NOS rear quarter sheet metal for the TF 
Suburbans and Panels floating around. . .I actually got a set from a dealer 
in WI, but they are very hard to find and expensive.  No one is reproducing 
this stuff.  If you were willing to go fiberglass, there are several shops 
that would build it up for you.  Seems most of us want metal or nothing 
though.
