Hi Dustin,
Don't know what you'd consider "extremely lightened", but my stock bodied all
steel '48 with MII, 350/350 combo weighs in at 3350 lbs. It has a 200,000 miler
junkyard 350 in it with a 3:08 geared rearend, and it can sure hold it's own
against a lot of cars.
Not nearly as quick as my old 396 powered T-Bucket was, but fun just the same.
