I did talk to Carter's and they were very helpful. I discussed the
situation with sales and also with one who had done the installations. I
told them to let their supplier know about the poor directions, so that
nobody else would end up being dissatisfied and in turn harangue them.
Having been in business for many years, it's always good to eliminate trouble
spots and keep customers happy. Word of mouth can make or break you.
I am satisfied with the help that Carter's gave me, they just need to get
some correction from their supplier.
