  Going by memory, there is a braket the Ebrake cables slide though, which is 
bolted to the backing plate.  This bracket is held by two bolts, and comes 
out at an angle, pointing in towards the driveline...maybe a 25* angle or so 
from the backing plate.  This dorects the Ebrake cable up towards the frame 
mount.
