If you can't find one used easily, you can have yours rebuilt.  I used a
local shop called "Deluxe speedometer" here in Denver, and I'm sure you
could send them yours if you wanted to.  You can also buy the needles from
lots of our usual souces for a few $ if thats all thats wrong with yours!
