I mounted mine on the inner fender panel, more than a foot
below the level of the top of the radiator. Works fine.

Does a radiator overflow tank need to mounted at the same height as the top
of the radiator or can it be lower? Could it be mounted on the inner fender
or the firewall of an AD?
