Could be, but it would be hard to keep
your engine running while you measured it.
Easier to temporarily put a T in the line
between the pump and the carb and connect
the gauge to it.

Subject: [oletrucks] Fuel pump pressure
I want to check my fuel pump pressure. My vacuum guage also has a scale
that
reads "Fuel Pump PSI". Can this thing be hooked up directly to the pump
output to measure? What should the stock 235 pump pressure be? (I loaned
out my shop manual) Thanks.
