That's normal on my truck. pardner. Sounds like you did a good job. I
got my wiring harness from The Truck Shop in California. It's been a few
years, but as I remember it was all color coded, and the harness itself
had a good wiring diagram. It couldn't have been too hard, as I was able
to complete it myself. Good luck on yours.
