BTW, not responding to your post, but the previous post. a Capacitive
discharge ignition is NOT a points and condesor ignition. a CDI
is commonly referred to as an Electronic Ignition. In a CDI, a capacitor,
not points/condensor, creates the spark. there are no points in a CDI.
