Hey ya'll,
This was a real nice show. Saw Mike's truck, very nice ... yeah! I left for
Dallas early Friday morning so I didn't get his post and didn't know how to
look for him ... those ole TruckTee shirts sure would be handy. Met a man who
was showing a 1957 GMC suburban pickup that was originally from Tulsa had the
original owners log book showing every oil change date and odometer reading
also every modification and date modified, the mods
were on the order of adding a cigarette lighter, he also had every
registration certificate and a couple of magazines with an article featuring
this truck, all our trucks have a history but the neat thing about this is he
has the documentation. So the First Annual Dallas "Chevy-GMC" Truck Show was
a hit with me. I don't
a clue about the quality and fairness of the judging. But it was worth a four
hour drive for me.
