[oletrucks] Loose Steering problem

The steering on my 56 truck is a bit loose.  Not too bad at lower speeds but 
a bit difficult to keep between the lines as I pick speed.  Has an purchsed 
any type of steering stabilizer?  I've seen them advertised, look kinda like 
a horitzontal shock absorber.

I would appreciate any ideas.  Hopefully short of replacing all the front end 
steering parts unless of course that is the only answer.
