1) Can somebody outline the procedure for door-glass installation in a
task-force? The procedure I used to get everything out was less than
elegant, and I'd like to do this right so as not to break the new glass
and/or damage the new paint. Vent window in first? Everything in
simultaneously? From the outside? From the inside?
2) Fired up the truck this morning and it wouldn't shift out of park.
Floor-shift TH350. Linkage appears to be free. Symptom is that the lever
can't be moved. Sigh. Any quick things to check for? If I pull the lever
back fairly hard, it doesn't "click" into neutral, but the tranny seems to
disengage allowing me to push the truck around a bit. Worked just fine when
I backed it into the garage last night.
