[oletrucks] Different lug bolt patterns

I'm using a posi from a '79 Trans Am (5 lug 4 3/4" bolt pattern with 7/16"
studs).  I'm using the frontend from a '73 Cheyenne (5 lug 5" bolt pattern
with 1/2" studs).  Does anyone know if some other Chevy rotors with the 4
3/4" pattern would swap with the front rotors, so I could have the same
pattern all around.  Any ideas about what it might cost to have my 5x5"
rotors redrilled?
