[oletrucks] Brake shoe removal on the '50

Now that I have the cylinder rebuilt and bolted back in place, how do I get
the danged brake shoes off?  They're apparently riveted on, with some kind
of ring holding them on the back.  I don't want to force them, but I need to
get them off, then get the new ones on.  Anyone know what I have to do?
