There were never any casting numbers like my other 235. The 235 in my 54 two
ton has none, either, but I was able to identify it by the stamped numbers on
the pad near the distributor. Those are the numbers machined off. it looks fly
cut by the cutting marks. i used to collect coins and had this stuff called "
date back". it worked on Indian Head nickels where the date was wore off. i
wonder if this stuff will work to bring back the numbers? Ideas, anyone?
