[oletrucks] After the NAPCO years, did Chevy make it's own 4x4s?

Talking to a neighbor about the NAPCO trucks, we both
wondered what Chevy and GMC did for 4x4 trucks in the
early '60s, as we couldn't recall the last time we saw
one of them with four wheel drive.

Anybody know what the deal was then?
