I've used Doc's a few times for small orders. I was
satisfied with the quality and the service.

Subject: [oletrucks] Bed Bolt sizes on 58 Fleetside
Hello,
I am ready to replace the bed wood and strips on my '58 Fleetside longbed.
I will mill the bed wood myself following Chevytrucks.org dimensions.
Can anyone tell me the size (length and width) and number of carriage bolts
and other fasteners needed? The size and ballpark on number will get me
started. I have a local hardware store with a large selection of stainless
fasteners and might do better than through an aftermarket supplier.
Also, has anyone tried Doc's House of Bolts for bed bolts? There price is
lower than many other suppliers of kits. I am wondering if the quality is
ok?
Thanks much,
Stephen
