C I'm not sure, but I think this is the "which factory it
was built in" designator.

went back out to that mysterious truck today. opend the door and found no
VIN plate, but i did see a GMC plate. it was blue with silver letters and
has this serial number: 101 C T 2283
its also got touque and horsepower rateings at a certain RPM, and the GMC
emblem. its got a GMC straight 6 motor, i can tell, atleast from the
oversized valve cover with GMC stamped into it. its a very interesting
truck, to me atleast. and id like to know what exactlly it is.
