[oletrucks] TF steering wheels

The column/wheel were changed in 57, the 55-6 models had a flat steering
wheel on a long column, the 57-59 models had a dished steering wheel on
a shorter column.

My 59 deluxe cab (small back window, btw) had the exact same steering
wheel on it as my 59 standard model (also a small window).  Both trucks
were quite original when I got them.
