You're correct, not all big window cabs are Deluxe....I do recall when I
was in HighSchool a buddy had a '58 or '59 with all the chrome trim, and it
had a small back window. This was late '70's timeframe.
I have a '57 and a '59, both with BBW, neither are Deluxe Cab's.
