Dustin,

  In addition to NAPCO, "Coleman" and "Asam" also made 4x4 conversions.
Their products were mostly directed to the 2-Ton and larger market.  Thanks
to some fellow old truckers, I do have some ads for each scanned in .jpg
format if you'd like.
