[oletrucks] master cylinder mounting revisited

I know that a power master cylinder can be mounted on the frame.  I've seen 
it done.  How is it accomplished?  Do you custom make a bracket and pedal 
assembly?  Do you buy a kit?  Has anyone done this.  My truck is a Tf and I 
am using the power brake booster from a 70's camaro.  Any help.
