I cut out two pieces of panel board that was used for the downstairs walls.
Where I wanted curved edges I slightly cracked the panel board every two
inches or so.
Once the 1/4" foam and the material were applied, you couldn't even see that
is was panel board.
It was also very rigid and durable, too.
