Charles,
    As Jack already mentioned Ron Franis Wire Works makes a brighter blub, but
there is one more thing you might look at. You mentioned you installed new
lights? Was the inside painted black? Painting them Silver or even white will
brighten them up. I have also seen people line the inside with foil.
