[oletrucks] PArking Brake

Hi Fellow "Ole" truckers,

Next question among many. My parking break is so stiff that if I try to
use it (which it doesn't work) it binds up and is hard to get the lever
to release. What is the best way to fix this? What mechanical linkage
usually causes the most problems?
