I really goofed up . The other day, I told someone the wrong way to ID a 235 from a 216. I was wrong. The 216 has the push rod cover goes up between the the spark plugs whereas the 235 has exposed cast iron from the head. A 235 can have either of the two styles of rocker arm covers. Please except my apology. new mexico jim 50 ½ ton 51 two ton dump 54 two ton for parts oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
