Hi Jack,

Tom Brownell's book (page 101) mentions a company called Overdrive, Inc. in
Ohio making these kinds of units.  I did some sleuthing about a year ago and
found that the company had two principals, one of whom was dead and the
other of whom was in a retirement home,  The family of one of them said no
one was carrying on the business.

My one complaint about Brownell's otherwise excellent book is that a lot of
the source info is obsolete.  He should do a new edition.
