[oletrucks] Rear Turn Sig on a 48 sub

I have the bullet shaped rear turn signals on my 48 sub and have been told
that they were originally made as options for cars. Can someone tell me for
sure what and where they came from. I am looking for some more chrome
bezels.
If they are for cars, anybody know of a place that may have the bezels.
