Thanks for the help Mark and others on my '53 3100!

Three of four tires wouldn't hold pressure.  I had the tires taken off the 
wheels, sandblasted the whhel and painted with white epoxy paint.  The wheels 
look great and the tires were remounted and balanced.  They hold pressure 
fine, they were rusty inside.
