[oletrucks] fender patch panels for 54 chev?

in classic trucks magazine I seen EMS made patch panels for rear ford truck 
fenders and I was wondering if anybody out there heard of these type of 
panels made for a 1954 chevy fender because mine seem to rust out and think 
that this would be perfect for my application.
