Speaking strictly in terms of steering effort, you (or most 16 yr old girls)
will be very glad to have power assist. However many MII users find the
steering overly sensitive ("twitchy") at speed. There are re-valved racks and
other add-on solutions available to remedy this. I don't have this problem with
the Pacer rack on my IFS. Yes, any power rack will leak in time, but to me it's
a small price to pay for the reduced steering effort when cranking in full lock
while parking or maneuvering in a restricted area...

Ok, I've got one for all you guys running MII setups on your TF trucks.
Are you running power rack or manual? Why? I've heard that power racks are
prone to leaking and aren't really necessary. The truck I'm building will
have V8, 60 series tire and a 15 inch Grant steering wheel. Does the power
rack make that much of a difference? Keep in mind, this truck will be
driven by a 16 year old girl.
