About two weeks ago someone posted an email about a truck article in the
March issue of Men's Journal. I finally had a chance to read it today. The
article has a few pictures of a nice red AD and talks briefly about restoring
old trucks. The person who wrote this article is the same author of the book
"Truck," John Jerome. This is a short story about his joys and struggles of
restoring a 1950 Dodge (although he originally wanted to restore a Chevy).
He lives in New Hampshire and tells about working on his truck through the
cold winters on the dirt floor of his barn. It's a good quick book to read
and I think you will find you can relate to the story. I found the book at my
local library and it's also on sale on Amazon for $11.00. Worth reading.
Thanks,
Pete
