i am a general manager at a chevy dealership   my recollection was that gm 
parts sold this collar seperately   my parts manager says we have them in 
stock   they fit almost everything   part number is 3764554   list is only 
around .61   wholesale is
.46    in fact if any of you do not have a gm dealer that will sell you parts 
at a discount, just email me and we can hook you up   been doing that for 
years   glad to help
