Just got my seat re-upholstered, and it looks great in the '56. However, now that it has all this new padding, my wife and I both feel that it pushes us up a little close to the steering wheel for comfort, even with seat belts. Anyone ever shortened a steering column? Smokey Culver '50 3600 5-window (mine) & '56 3600 (hers) oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
