[oletrucks] Cab mounted hood release

Now that I am installing some aftermarket hot rod shinny parts on my engine
, I am getting concerned about folks popping the hood and discovering
goodies.  Is there an easy hood latch conversion from a later truck that
would provide a cable hood release inside the cab?
