I decided removing the cab was the only way to go. The cables, hoses, etc.
are not that big a pain. But, a full interior makes a cab MUCH heavier. I
hoisted mine from the rafters in the garage, otherwise get four healthy
people and lift the cab and set it on blocks. Promise them beer, but don't
let them have it until they are done. The column can be a pain. Three bolts
(on a TF, anyway) hold it on, but the pitman arm keeps it from popping
through the frame. FLAPS loaned me a tool to pop it off.
