I would heat the intake no matter the climate. You can compensate for a cold
intake with richer jets, it may work OK but MPG will suffer. Personally I use a
'54 Vette dual manifold for heat but I read where people use a blank plate on
the
intake with two NPT threaded holes hooked plumbed to your Fentons.
