The magazines claim a "late 70's or early 80's Chevy van tank"
is an easy installation.

Hi folks, What's a good choice for a rear mounted gas tank in a Task
Force truck? Something that fits nicely between the frame rails. I've
seen the expensive aftermarket ones, but I'm thinking boneyard swaps. I
believe someone once mentioned something out of an Oldsmobile, but I
don't remember which model. Also does anyone make a patch to weld over
the stock filler hole or do you just fabricate one? I suppose I could
just leave the stock filler pipe and just hope no one tries to fill'er
up. I wonder how many gallons the cab would hold? That's a scary
thought. Thanks again for all the great advise.
