[oletrucks] Water Pump install

Hi gang,

I ordered a short shaft water pump from Patrick's, but for some reason I
don't understand the small piece of paper with instructions that came
with the pump. Here is what the paper says "Install the spacer AHEAD of
the pulley" Does this mean between the fan and the pulley? or Between
the pulley and the pump?
