[oletrucks] looking for some suburban parts

 Does anyone have the little chromed window handles for the sliding 
windows in the 58 suburban (and all TF subs I presume)?  I am 
missing 3 of the 4.  

Also, where does a spare tire mount on the napco suburbans?  

What else?  How about original speakers for the 58 suburban?  What 
do they look like and where do they mount?  I have the radio but not 
the speakers.
