I think you mean 216, and the book was written before multi grade oil was
developed. 10w30 will pump up faster than 30 on a cold start where most wear
occurs. Equally, or more important is to find "SJ" in the fine print to
confirm the oil has the latest additive package with oxidation inhibitors,
anti scuff agents, corrosion fighters, acid neutralizers, etc. as well as
detergent.
