It is from Harbor Freight I've had it for 15 years. All my friends and
their brothers/sisters/mothers/uncles and ... have used it over the years.
It's been a great tool and still worked just not to full extension until I
went to add fluid. I'd hate to toss it without giving it a chance to
work.
