I've never heard of any speed parts being available for V-6 engines. If
you
hear of any from anyone else, please let me know. A few years ago, I ran
into a guy with a 1960 GMC four wheel drive Suburban. It had been his
father's. His father had installed a Paxton supercharger on the V-6.
Between the time his father had died and his mother turned the vehicle
over
to him, however, she had removed the supercharger and sold it to someone
else. Needless to say, he was disappointed. As stout as the V-6's are,
and
as low as the compression ratio is, they should hold up well to
supercharging.
These are not high-revving engines, however. If you wind them above
about
3500, you will destroy them.
